Carrie Underwood debuted her new single, “Two Black Cadillacs,” last night on The 40th Anniversary American Music Awards with a spectacular performance. The song, written by Underwood, Josh Kear and Hillary Lindsey, is the third single off her critically acclaimed album Blown Away, which garnered a win as “Favorite Country Album.” This win marks the fourth consecutive time an Underwood album has taken home the top album prize at the American Music Awards. Now a seven-time AMA winner, Underwood has been the fans’ choice in the country album category on every album she’s released, also claiming the “Favorite Country Album” honor for her debut Some Hearts in 2007, Carnival Ride in 2008, and Play On in 2010.
This week, Carrie will head back out on her highly praised “Blown Away Tour” with shows in St. Louis, Tulsa, Indianapolis and Detroit with a short break for the Thanksgiving holiday between dates. Superstar Carrie Underwood will continue her critically acclaimed “Blown Away Tour” in 2013 with an additional 40 North American dates beginning February 13 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Following an international run in June, this will bring the tour’s combined total to over 100 shows. The donation of $1 from each ticket sold on the North American leg of “The Blown Away Tour” will continue in 2013 to support Red Cross disaster relief. Every year, the American Red Cross prepares for and responds to nearly 70,000 disasters across the United States. This donation will help the Red Cross provide shelter, food, and emotional support for those in need after a disaster. Proceeds from her Canadian concerts will be donated to the Canadian Red Cross.

The video for “Blown Away” has spent an impressive 10 consecutive weeks at No. 1 on GAC’s “Top 20 Countdown” show since its debut in August.
Carrie launched the North American portion of her third headline arena tour, “The Blown Away Tour,” last month to packed arenas.
