I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...
I don't know what I would do without music in my life. Music is such a major part of me. I have been singing since I was in first grade and am now a Senior in high school. It is such a great way to express your feelings and emotions while performing for hundreds of people. This year I got the privilege of singing for the United States Navy Band and veterans. It was the most amazing experience of my life. It's the rewards like that that keep your love and drive for music strong. I love watching Carrie perform because I dream of doing the same thing one of these days. I want to be the woman that girls like me look up to and want to be like. I live in a small town where the biggest event of the year is the local fire department ice cream social and the highlight of the day is the entertainment. Local entertainers are the pride of the town and I hope that my love of music will stay strong and my small hometown will stay supportive and push me to reach my dream.
