started watching american idol back in 2005 on series 4 just because we happened to catch it on one of the many satellite channels.. loves carrie from the start and been a fan since. bought "inside your heaven" from Virgin in San Francisco on holiday in June '05!!
watched the finale of series 8 tonight and Carrie was the best of the lot - still fantastic.....only thing is we need her to come to the UK....or we'll have to leave the kids and come to the US!!!

Here in Brazil we were so excited about that night...
We've watched the CMA's on an unconventional way (because it was not broacasted here) . So we asked to a Brazilian fan in Boston to turn on his webcam so we could watch Carrie co-hosting , singing JAD and winning FVOTY.
There are no words to describe how we felt on that night, how happy we were for her (by the way, it was 1.30AM here in Brazil, and most of us had to work or go to school early on the next day)...but totally worth it in the end.
