My name is Brittany. I am an aspiring singer. I am well known in my hometown and sing and compete in many events and competitions. I just recently won my towns homecoming talent show singing Carrie's song BEFORE HE CHEATS. = ) And just recently got the chance to sing for the United States Navy Band. I think Carrie is amazing and someday I hope I have the chance to be as great as her.
Alot of people have loved her since her American Idol days, but I had never heard of her until I heard Jesus Take the Wheel on the radio. I loved the song, and her voice was perfect for it. I had no idea she was on AI until after I bought "Some Hearts". I have bought both of her CD's and am planning on buying the third one when it comes out in november. I do feel kind of bad for her though...becoming famous so fast and being in the spot light all the time would drive me crazy. Thank you for putting up with that so we can have great music!
