I don't know if Carrie had any plans to go on vacation after her last performance of 2008, on the Grand Ole Opry, but I hope so, because she deserves it. Have a great 2009, Carrie!
I heard Carrie singing "Home Sweet Home" at the end of American Idol.
I heard Carrie singing "Home Sweet Home" at the end of American Idol on March 11, 2009, but I almost missed it! Good thing I watched the last ten minutes "Live", because the show went a little overtime, by about 30 to 45 seconds, finishing about 10:00:45. I had set my VCR to record the news headlines at 10 P.M., so I would have missed about half of her rather short song. As I recall, I think there was a narrator, talking over top of Carrie's voice, part of the time she was singing!Read more »
