I had great seats, first tier look directly center to the stage. The sound in our part of the Pepsi Center was terrible. I couldn't believe that it was so bad. The highs and distortion was actually painful. We couldn't understand any words to the songs. My wife went to customer relations and there were many others there complaining. It did seem that they were tweaking the sound after that and it got better but it was still disappointing all the way to the end. We thought if Keith sounded as bad then we'd chalk it up to the arena but his sound was fantastic.

It was really unfortunate because we like a lot of Carrie's songs and the set and visual aspects of the show were awesome! Unfortunately, the sound ruined it for us and it seems many of the people in our area of the arena.

Carrie - Pay your crew to do adequate sound checks in the future!
