I went to the show in Albany, NY and I was very impressed. My wife and I got 2nd row seats and was able to stand next to the stage. My wife was very excited to be so close and I was as well. Carrie is more beautiful in person than on TV. My favorite part was when the lights went out and Carrie was getting ready right in front of me on the stage and I yelled out "I Love You Carrie" and she lokked at me and smiled. My wife was jealous that she didn't smile at her. All and All I had a great time, it was a terrific concert, and I'm glad that I had a chance to go.

I was totally impressed with Carries Live performance. Her vocals were all I had hoped they would be, and it appeared to me she might have not been in the best of health, possibly a cold. I have been a fan since I saw her try out for Idol and do believe she will be the Princess of music for many years to come. Her live show and stage manor I felt were very good for such a young performer. The final few songs were amazing, I don't want to spoil it for anyone whom hasn't seen her live, I hope she releases "November rain".

To the Band, I loved the "Foreplay" teaser during a wardrobe change-awesome.

Pros- Her voice, wardrobe and a solid 1 3/4 hour show, that impressed me for only having two cd's. The arrangement of songs sometime baffled me, but I did think the meddle from "some hearts" was a cool change The stage lighting was excellent and side screens really showed excellent clarity, gosh is there anyone more beautiful then Carrie?

Cons- I am not writing this to be mean, I am writing this with hopes that someone from the band reads this and uses it to further the quality of the live show. It was a great show, only down fall was the sound quality, shoot the sound guy please. It sounded good, but he could have done much better at evening out the sound. I will take into consideration the Times Union center isn't the best acoustic arena, but other sound engineers have made it work. I often heard Too many intermittent Highs and excessive lows, I never heard a good balance and I was seated 15 feet from the sound board. At times I thought the band was dominating over Carries voice. The main stage video screen was a huge distraction and needs help. I don't hold the technical end against the performer, but it could use allot of improvement by those guys with the controls.

I thought Carrie's performance was a 5, the things that make a live show special was a 3 1/2, but I am sure if we saw this show in 3 or 4 weeks from now, it would be perfect. I look forward to another show another day. Despite my opinions on the cons it was a great show .

Anybody know the guy in section 102 row BB that video taped the show?

Who would have thought, "America's Sweetheart" out singing Axel Rose on his own song. What a suprise! Great mix of material. My wife and I very much enjoyed ourselves.

Carrie,

You totally rocked again. I loved this show way more than the one you had in York, PA this fall. AHH everyone in Albany loves you :0) You couldn't have done a more amazing job!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I LOVE YOU!

ps. I did hear a lot of people were disappointed that you didn't sing "I'll stand by you" though. I didn't care, I heard it in PA. See you again soon girl!!!

I just have to say that Carrie is an amazing performer and knows how to rock the house, however I felt that her band was overpowering. It was difficult at times to her her beautiful voice over her band. I was surprised to hear her belt out Guns and Roses tunes, she did an amazing job. She is a sweet southern girl and it shows in her performace.

we thought the cancert was just great and you realy rocked that song you have one of the best voicces and we had a great time thank you very much

I was impressed w/the opening act, but not @ all by Carrie Underwood. Was it her or the sound system that was having an "off" night? Either way, I'd love to have 1/2 of the ticket price I paid refunded.
The venue claims it's the fault of the artist & will pass along my complaint to the promoter...yeah, yeah-everyone takes the money & no guarantees after that.
Josh Turner was GREAT!
