Mainstream look

I really liked Carrie from her audition in American Idol, going forward. When I saw her audition I predicted she would win the competition. She had a fresh, genuine, very likeable look to her, and a great, great voice.

What disappoints me is how Carrie has allowed the industry, or her "people" to turn her in to a cookie cutter performer. She looks like every other performer; over done make-up and hair, a forced sex appeal that isn't what America fell in love with.

I still like her music, but now she just looks like 'just another star' They did the same thing to Alison Kraus and many others. What's wrong with having a unique look and personality? Carrie was adorable, and fans loved that about her. She now looks like a girl playing grown up. I don't blame her for it, I blame those 'experts' who are 'advising' her.
