Billboard was using R&R (which is now merged with Bb) while Mediabase and USA Today are together. the report came from USA Today said she clinched 10 #1s because it reported a few days before R&R reported. Actually, Carrie hit #1 in the mid-week update but ran out of steam. She did a few interview about 2,3 weeks before that so the last boost was not very strong :|
