Brenda - Go to your "My account" page and click on "Edit". Scroll down and about halfway down the page you should see your picture. Click on the "Delete picture" option and scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save". You should find yourself back at the edit page but this time there should be just a box with a "Browse" prompt in it where your picture used to be. Click "Browse", upload your new photo and click "Save" at the bottom of the page again. Good luck!

Wish I knew how to get a new one, on other boards gives the option to change picture.

The first thing you should check is the size of the picture - both its dimensions and file size. The max. that can be uploaded is 1600 x1400 and 800kB. You can change the dimensions in a photo editing program (or even in Paint by clicking Image and then Stretch/Skew ) and the file size can be lowered by saving the picture with a lower quality setting (again, you can use Paint if you don't have another program). If file size isn't the problem , make sure the picture is a supported format JPEG, PNG or GIF, but if you were using the wrong file type, you would have received an error message telling you so. If all else fails, just tape the picture you want to your screen and pretend .Good Luck!
