I am a big fan of Carrie Underwood and have had great respect for her work, however I have to say that musically, "Casanova Cowboy" sounds too much like "I don't even know his name" and ths video is SO beneath Carrie. It is sleazy like something I would expect from ReAnn Rimes, who I think just gives country music a bad name.

Cowboy Casanova ! Wonderful song . You will love it ! I have it on my zune. I saw her in concert last week, and she sang Cowboy Casanova and personally, she sounded better at the concert, but she sounded GREAT on the single. So that tells you how GREAT a song it is !! It would be cool if she kicked things off with a ballad...

Heard new single is coming out late august, toward end of august, like last week. hope this is true!!!! i cant wait any longer for the new single!!

jackiealice2442, if Carrie did release a ballad as her next single I think it would be great. I think so because her voice just seems to fit those country ballads so naturally. Trust me, I like to see Carrie have fun as much as you do, but she does sing slow songs much better than fast songs(not that her fast songs are bad, in fact they're great). As far as good summer songs for the year of 2009 go, listen to Rascal Flatts' new single "Summer Nights". It's quite awesome.

HEY GUYS,
so the album is coming out November 3rd and supposedly there will be a NEW SINGLE released on the radio SOON during the summer. She has yet to come up with an album title, but she will be working with Mark Knight who worked with her on Some Hearts and Carnival Ride!!!

Sorry guys, I was wrong. Carrie did not debut her next single at that show. All I know now is that she will debut it late this summer.
