Carrie Underwood Concert In Sydney Might Be A Key To Her Heart
Okay, so imagine this; a guy is hopelessly head over heels for a girl; I'm not talking an "invisible fly on the wall" kind of creepy but a genuine respect & honor for her to see her dreams come true regardless of the outcome of his own. A selfless love that one has for another because they deserve to know how much they are valued. It's not an attraction because of her beauty as breath-taking as she might be but it's an attraction to her heart & character, her strength & dignity, her genuine love & concern for others & above all else a standard of purity & love for God that one cannot help but be drawn to.
I've never met a girl who's heart is deeper than the depths of the ocean, who's strength of character is beyond comparison or that her love for family, the broken & hurting of this world will move even the most calloused to tears. I am constantly challenged in my own walk to become a better man of God by her encouragement & at times rebuke out of a genuine care for one another. I have no expectations of her beyond our friendship but I do maintain a righteous pursuit of her heart; because in the end, if all I have ever done is raise her standards for how a man should honor, love, treat & respect her; then maybe I have fulfilled my purpose for this season of our friendship. I am full of faith & praying that more might come out if it but if not; I hold strong to the fact that I have guarded & protected both her heart as well as my own. It's rather that I want to honor her as a woman of God the way she deserves to be honored by any man and above all else; do anything I can to make her dreams reality.
Now imagine that one of her favorite artists is coming to Sydney, Australia this June where the two of us are in bible college at Hillsong International Leadership College; it would be of the utmost blessings for her to be able to see her concert and even potentially meet her. I am not expecting anything from Miss Carrie or her management team but if by any chance this reaches them, please know that this is not about me but all about seeing one of her dreams become a reality. I am willing to do whatever it takes to make this possible.
