I am Canadian and I do not take offense to this action. The thumbs down she gave was not in reference to Canada at all!!! It was in reference to the fact that Canada is far from the US. I am sure we would all give a thumbs down to the idea of a long distance relationship, clearly she likes Canada as she would not be dating the guy for like a year!

In case you didnt hear correctly. She said she loves Canada but she gave it a thumbs down because they would be too far away and she didnt think it would work out. People are so fast to jump to conclusions. Next time pay attention to everything and dont tune out right when something you dont like is gestured or said. Carrie is the most lovable and caring person in the world. I dont know of any artist that is as sincere and down to earth as she is.
