Fantastic news for those in North America who get to see Carrie in concert for the remainder of 2010, but it makes me feel a bit sorry for those fans who live abroad (like myself in Australia!) who have never had the chance. I appreciate that Carrie’s main fan base is in the US/Canada, but we’ve never even had Carrie here for a promotional visit! Yet Sony will have you believe that Australia is an overseas market that really supports Carrie and that they would really like to see her succeed here. It worked for Taylor Swift when she visited Australia for a promotional visit and more recently to tour - so c’mon Carrie, please come visit us! In the meantime, are there any plans to release a DVD of this latest tour?
It would not only sell like hotcakes, but it would enable all fans around the world to experience and enjoy Carrie in concert! We’ve certainly waited a long time!!
