Hi Babe, looking forward to seeing you on the CMA Awards show as host and hopefully as an award winner - I root for both you and Taylor. I enjoyed meeting you a while back and hope my directions to you were helpful. I love the Cowboy Casanova song - cool video - you really look super hot (as usual). CONGRATS on the Grand Ol Opry membership - you must be really proud of accomplishing that at such a young age. Perhaps our friend Taylor will join you there in the next couple of years. I will plan to come to your next concert in the DC/MD/VA area.

Looking forward to seeing you again sometime - don't be a stranger - email me.

Love,
Ken in VA

The awards are over and I must say once again I'm disappointed in Carrie and the show. No, not by the performances but lack of acknowledgement to our armed forces. Sure there was a 2 second stand up of a 'few' uniforms in the audience. I'm talking about today, VETERAN'S DAY! I guess if Toby Keith was there we might have seen a flag or two in the background. Yesterday I drove 2 1/2 hours to Ft. Hood Memorial and not even get close to seeing the stage but it didn't matter.
My point to all this Carrie I (use) to be one of your biggest fans. That was until this ARMY MOM discovered your DIRTY little secret you pulled at FORT CAMPBELL, KY!!! I couldn't believe Carrie Underwood who sang "IS THIS JUST A DREAM" about her soldier's death could do such a thing. Really??? Demand money a few days before your scheduled to perform for troops coming home from IRAQ!!! Of course they paid you, what choice did they have. Shame on you. I understand you can't always do things for free. However, you made the commitment first.
Remember what happened to the Dixie Chicks? Stay strong, ARMY strong...
