If anyone interested; In the Womens' World , a little weekly mag. in April 21st issue, there's an article and a sample meal plan of how Carrie lost her weight. It's very healthy eating, with just portion control; a lot like I've been eating for the past two years and also have lost quite a bit of weight.. Some good info in her article. Of course they were vegetarian meals.
I pick up almost everything that has Carrie's picture on it.

She's lost about 20 lbs. since her Idol days., during her "first-ever tour. The article said, she read online that someone called her chubby, so she took off some weight. She looked great to me on idol, but still looks great now too. She lost it the healthy way through diet & exercise, she uses an elliptical or a treadmill for 30 min. as much as she could. She cut out all sugar drinks that have calories in them. She said, "she doesn't ever want to get neurotic about her weight. I feel healthy and I know I'm the good size for me; and that's what's important."
She's not vegan, because it said she was an egg & dairy vegetarian; also the meal plans in the article shows she eats ice cream. cheeses and yogurt. In her interview for the article it said she's been a vegetarian since age 13.
It was a good article.
When did Carrie loose the weight?

anything with Carrie's Pic I see what it is about.....and I think she is healthy not to skinny or fat so she's amazing.......someone send me a P.M if Carrie is a vegan I know she is a vegetarian but is she vegan aswell??
