I joined the fan club through her website, but I can't log on. Does anyone know why? I have entered the correct email address to have my password sent to me, but it hasn't been sent. Or it's lost in cyber space.

When you joined at ticketmaster did you give them your email and a password? If you did give them an email and a password perhaps you can try to see if you can sign in to the fan club - Click on "Fan Club" in the bar above - enter your email address and the password you gave and see if you can access the site -

I, too, joined Carrie's fan club through ticketmaster and have not received any info either.
