I just joined the fan club and am very confused with the Clique sign in. It won't let me sign in and I requested a new password and still won't let me sign in. I was signed in yesterday and got my presale password but now can't sign in. Am I just stupid or does anyone else have this problem?

I logged in tonight and didn't have a problem. If you requested a new password, make sure you check your e-mail because they send your new one there. If your sure of the right Username (your e-mail address) and your password and they are not working, I would open a customer support request. Go down to the bottom of the homepage, click on help, and on any one of the questions. It should bring up an e-mail address -- carrieunderwoodsupport@sparkart.com Send an e-mail to them explaining your problem and they should get back to you.
Did you write your pre-sale code down?? If you did, the good thing is is that in the morning you don't have to be logged into the site to purchase the tickets. Once you got your code, you can go right over to Ticketmaster and enter it over there when you search to purchase them. Hope this all helps. =)
