Well it's a great song and a happy type song. but not my preference for the next single."Just A Dream" was my next choice.It had better Number1 potential I thought..And the Video would have had more impact if done as a salute to our Armed Forces. I hope Carrie stops choking the Mike Stand and arranges a Duet with Randy Travis for "I Told You So" on TV say at the Grand Old Opry.I love Carrie and want the best for her.Doing a Duet with Randy if her label publisizes it will be Great PR for Carrie and will help show her respect for those Artists that came before her.I think her band now sounds more Country with Mandolin/Banjo/Resonance Guitar instruments in it.But I like All American Girl and I think it will do well Heck I love all the songs on Carnival Ride its a Great Album.

I just want to start by saying I LOVE Carrie Underwood. I am so glad she came out with All-American Girl next, love that song- it was my favorite as soon as I listened to the cd- the day it came out, and my roommate and I listen to it every night.
The music video, on the other hand, is terrible. I was expecting the story being depicted a little better. I get the whole All-American girls in all the different occupations and stuff, but the video could and should have been so much better. It is such a sweet song, and I feel as though it was made into a really cheesy video, that made the song seem as though it were a joke. Brings a whole new meaning to the song that is for sure.
I love all her songs on her album and I can't wait for the next one to hit the radio.. just hopefully the video will be better.
I like Amercian Girl also, but I have to say that I really do like all her music......would be a great idea if she did do a duet with Randy Travis (I told you so).......that would be sweet.............

I love All American Girl i think its awesome!!!
I agree All American Girl is one of the best. Her pics really look cute especially the Cheerleader. I like Just A Dream, the lyrics will struck your heart. The Flat on the Floor is good also..
Yeah! have seen the Video It's Great like EEA and Carrie is the main focus and that is especially good because we get these Videos to see her in action.This Video is cute and funny and follows the songs lyrics.

All American Girl is currently sitting at #14 on mediabase, so it is climbing the charts nicely!! Be sure and request it at your radio staion whenever you can, let's get Carrie another #1 song !!
