Relaxing on the beach

Carrie Underwood takes a break from her 16 hour work days to sit and relax on a deserted warm sandy beach. She's enjoying the soothing warmth of the sand beneath her hands and feet. Carrie is beautiful from head to toe. I'd like to be on a deserted beach or stranded on a deserted tropical island, with beautiful Carrie Underwood! I read in the Tue.Oct.30, 2007 Toronto Sun daily newspaper, page 54, that People magazine quoted Carrie as saying "If I didn't do what I do, nobody would ever look twice at me", that she looks "okay", and "not, like, anything special." Carrie looks so beautiful and elegant in the newspaper photo. She looks like she's wearing a glamorous evening gown for attending an awards ceremony. I can't believe she said that. I don't know where Carrie lives or works or what city she's talking about. But if she thinks she looks like nothing special, it must be a city where beautiful young women are a common sight! I'm sure she'd get lots of second looks in my city of Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. I hope she was sort of joking. Maybe it's a plan to try to attract sympathy, so people will buy her new CD, Carnival Ride. She's so talented she won't need sympathy to remain popular with fans. Does Carrie Underwood have a publicist? I think a publicist is supposed to protect someone from negative comments or photos provided to the media. I'm not a publicist, but I'd tell Carrie not to publicly criticize her appearance. Instead of saying she looks like nothing special, Carrie should have said she's just as beautiful as many other famous young women singers. Carrie should wait until she's my age,47, before she thinks of her looks as nothing special. I'm not an expert on this, Carrie, but David Bowie personally approves every photo of himself that is provided to the media and probably what the media quotes him as saying. He's a billionaire, and one of the richest men in England. I love you Carrie!
