i know i must e in the minority, but anyone like Carnival Ride more than Some Hearts like i do? I dont understand why Carnival Ride is not doing as good as Some Hearts. I think Carrie shows more of her vocal abilities on Carnival Ride. i guess its like picking which of your kids you like best-you cant do it. i just hope Carnival at least equals the sales success of Hearts.

I think Carnival Ride is a FANTASTIC album!!! However I think Some Hearts is a tiny bit better. Some Hearts had more songs that seemed like they were bigger hit songs than the songs on Carnival Ride could be. Not to say Carnival Ride doesnt have hit songs though, there are very good songs on there as well!!! Maybe once different songs are relased Carnival Ride will have more album sales and such!!!

Yep, i must admit i do prefer carnival ride, its such a diverse album and the lyrics to each song are so well written.
But.............Some Hearts is a fantastic album too, and for a first album you couldn't do much better!
I agree. Both of Carrie's albums are fantastic but I do prefer Carnival Ride. Like you say It shows off her vocal ability better, I also think it has a wider variety of songs on it. Some Hearts is still great though.
