Any idea on other dates?
I was hoping to get tickets as a Christmas presents for one of the locations that still have not been assigned a date yet. Does anybody have any idea how long it takes to announce everything? Think it will be soon? Thanks

The rest of the dates should be announced over the next month or so. They are doing it to coincide with pre-sales.

How much advance notice do they give for pre-sales when they decide on the date for the concert?

They usually give about 4 to 5 days notice on dates before they open up for pre-sales. The set of dates that were announced today go on pre-sale on Dec. 11th. Hope that helps.
