im trying to join but the site is down. has anyone else had this problem?

I have tried for the last hour to get the access code for pre-sale tickets. It takes me to her join her fan club page. I am already a member. I am very disenchanted with Carrie Underwoods fan club. Think I should have joined Keith Urbans.

The fan club is a rip-off. There's always a problem, they claim is your fault. They are not helpful and just want your money,for undelivered services. Do not join!

Some people have difficulty with the intial joining - it asks for your email and then asks for your clique ID or password, for this you fill in the password that you want to use or that you always use. If you have a problem joining you can contact the people who run the fan club - info at sparkart dot com Hope this helps.

I know how to sign in to the site. After I've signed in(and been told I'm signed in) it won't let me get to certain areas saying I'm not registered. I couldn't see the links if I wasn't registered. The fault is on their end and they do nothing to help. Don't join!

Keeps asking me for my Password. Not happy! My son loves Carrie Underwood.

do not join if this is why you want to join. you will not get a pre-sale access code. the website is completely mismanaged. i am surprised that carrie underwood would allow this creative rip-off of her fan base to continue. again, you will not get an access code by joining this fan club. regretfully i must state, do not join. i will try to get my money back.

People on here who say you don't get a code from the fan club to get tickets are just trying to keep you from joining - it's not true , I got a code and just bought tickets through the presale and got great seats. Also anyone trying to join the fan club - they ask you for your email address and the password that you want to use or would normally use, you don't need any code or special password to join- you only need your email address and the password that you normally use at other sites

Dear Carrie Fan Club:

I love Carrie. I joined the fan club and got a pre-sale password; used it right away at 10:00 a.m. the day of pre-sale, as I was instructed to do by the fan club. I was very disappointed at the San Antonio show. My seats were third row from the top of the arena. Upset, I asked people around and in front of me if they were in the fan club and they were not members. They hadn't ordered their tickets with a code. Can someone please contact me through the fan club? This was very disappointing and I know that Carrie would want to know that her fans are not getting access at her concerts.
