Carrie Underwood was raised on a farm in Oklahoma were practices that HSUS does not approve of are used. Most people that support HSUS do not really know what the organization truly supports. That must be Mrs. Underwoods case. We the sportsmen and women of the United states would like to see Mrs. Underwood educated on the subject.

I think the Dixie Chicks is completely different!! Besides, people shouldn't stop supporting Carrie just b/c she supports HSUS!!!! That's her decison, leave her ALONE!

Ya know, I think us folks who live in the country, have country values and make a living by feeding the masses are basically screwed. these city folks seem to think food just happens to spring up in the stores, they don't give a damn about us in agriculture, never mind food as an essential element of their lives. They will get down on their knees to super stars and kiss their feet, all we get is a swift kick in the ass. I am really tired of working so damn hard for these ingrates. Maybe all of us in agriculture should start singing, acting, play some sport or do something extra stupid and write a book about it - we would be frigging millioniars. A few of us know that the likes of PETA and HSUS are feeding off the little animals of the world, while they are working at destroying agriculture. They are gathering a bunch of followers who won't look past their ungrateful noses to realize what is going on -- I am sick of being lthe dumb country bumpkin who just happens to be feeding the frigging world. When these radical animal rights folks get thru with us we i guess we can do the welfare thing, let them carrry our asses.

Dude. Try supporting your point without the Dixie Chicks or Anti-Hunting. I dare you too. You also have to provide some real proof too, if you so chose to accept this challenge. Probably won't though, because he's a lean mean, pathetic broken down machine.

You are right, she is going to isolate her fan base with this kind of political activiry. She will go the way of the Dixie Chicks after their comment about Bush
What ever happened to them anyway?
They were enormous and just dissapeared after isolating their fan base.
That's the problem when a county artist "Goes Hollywood", they forget where they came from and who their fan based is

I really wish people would do a little investigation on these organization like HSUS and PETA. They make everything sound so cute, warm and fuzzy on the outside, but really there not concerned about the well being of pets. These organizations are out to destroy our livley hoods that founded this country, like Farming, Hunting, Trapping, and fishing. If any of you supporters like to eat a hambuger, or like to buy a leather purse, or wear leather shoes, or wear all that smelly perfume, you better think twice about supporting these organizations. I love my pets, but what these organizations are doing is wrong.
