I know this is way too late but, yes, Sons of Sylvia did open for Carrie in Milwaukee at Summerfest. It was a great show! Since they were the only opening band they were able to do two more songs than usual - Give Me Love and I'll Know You (my fave!) Austin also wowed the audience by doing The Star Spangled Banner a la Jimi Hendrix style! It was fantastic!
