I know you're an advocate for Rick Warren's "The Purpose Driven Life". My wife and I are as well. In fact, while reading that book, my wife discovered her gift/passion for songwriting. Two years later, she just came out with her first Cd. Check out her song, My Hero. I think you will like it. You can sample it on Itunes under Cindy Cole Nelson, Ready to Follow. She speaks and sings to Mom's groups all around, but we don't have a clue how get her songs out there. She is probably in a similar place that you were in before American Idol.
