I can put music to your lyrics. (I charge for this of course, since it is my business). I have recently received an email from an entertainment rep from Los Angeles stating this:

"Hi Writers,

Carrie Underwood is looking for songs (sounding like her usual stuff). Let me know if you have anything similar.
And please email me before sending. Also, make sure it is a finished and well-produced SONG (NO INSTRUMENTAL TRACKS and DO NOT SEND ME ANY LYRICS WITH NO MUSIC!!).

It has to be a finished track with vocals AND lyric sheet. Thanks. -- KC"

It is extremely rare that recording artists only accept lyrics when there are thousands of writers and composers with completely produced and "ready to print" tracks...
