I am from Burlington, WA and today I called into JRFM 93.7 (out of Vancouver, B.C.) to try to win Carrie Underwood tickets! I was the 16th caller and they said that I won! But then as they were taking down my address and realized I was from the states they said that only British Columbia residents were eligible, and they gave the tickets to someone else. Extremely disappointing and super false advertising...I listen to them everyday and they never announce any type of disclaimer that it is only for Canadian residents. I think this is very discriminitive and should not be tolerated!
