Sorry just watched the CMA performance again......and I see nothing wrong with what Carrie was wearing.......she looked gorgeous........and I am sick of seeing so called fans talking about our girl this way!.....if Carrie ever looks in and sees this it will hurt her if you're a fan act like it and support her 10000000% no matter what.......the fans on the CMT board would never talk about her this way!

There are no changes taking place sorry to break that to you but the Carrie that performed at the CMA's and the AMA's is the same girl we've always known........no matter what she wears she is not crossing the line and never will.......Carrie is smart girl a grown woman and knows what where to draw the line she would have never worn that outfit if she thought it was to sexy! Geeze you people act like Carrie Underwood had just posed for naked in a magazine or something come on her outfit was no big deal. And I am not blindy supporting her either.

Come on can everybody just drop this subject Carrie does make wise choices and there was nothing wrong with the way she dressed it is sexy yeah because Carrie is she is still the same girl we all love.......how she dresses for a couple of performaces will not change who she is........if ya want to see provocatively dressed and sexual go look up some Britany Spears footage and other no talent poptarts like her that can't sing and don't hold a candle to Carrie........that's sleazy and way over the line a which our Carrie will never cross! I can't believe I'm hearing such talk about Carrie from fans of hers!

I understand you all are concerned about Carrie, and that's great. But there have been numerous discussions about this topic here, and I'm frankly getting sick of it.

Fans should not blindly support anyone. If Carrie were to make a video advocating anorexia or any of the other harmful things that haunt young girls, would you blindly support that too? Carrie needs us to be true fans that will tell her what they think of the things she puts out there. How will she learn and grow as an artist if we all sit back and say, "Oh! It's ok. It's Carrie and we love her." The songs are not the problem, it is the image that is being created in the videos and carried on into public venues that is a problem. If it negatively impacts young girls, (and unfortunately it does), then it is a problem. I have my opinion and you have yours. Apparently there are many others out there with the same opinion as me. We are not bashing Carrie.....we are fans who believe that Carrie would want to know how some of her fans feel about the changes we see taking place. If you are happy with the provocative approach, then say so but do not criticize me for stating my opinion. Carrie is a beautiful young woman who needs to hear what each of us thinks. Not robots who blindly accept anything.

Carrie is NOT turnin into some sexy, provacative bad girl! Carrie is becomin more edgy, and that's fine! She knows what's right and wrong! And she's gonna follow what God is tellin her to do!

The people who are making a big deal about this need to know they aren't responsible for Carrie! They're not her guardian, and they're not helping anyone(including Carrie). Why can't we all just get along. Leave Carrie alone, she is doing fine. I really don't think she is doing this to be someone else other thatn who she is. She keeps saying she does it for the character, giving her the opportunity to play someone other thatn herself. She is beautiful, talented, and above all, what a voice.

angi77, I agree with you. I am very concerned about Carrie's choices. For the person who stated that Carrie is doing what God tells her......so God is telling her to dress so provocatively? Hmmmmm! That's a new one. I believe that Carrie has her own doubts about her wardrobe. In some of her interviews she has made the statement that she talked to her Mom and asked if Dad was about ready to disown her. That leaves the impression that even she is uncertain of the clothes choices that are being made. One thing is for sure.....you can't stand in both worlds. A person of faith has to let God show through them in every aspect of their lives....their actions, their speech, their appearance, EVERYTHING! As a fellow Sooner, I have Carrie's best interest at heart and hope that she has a long and influential career but the only way that will happen is if she carefully considers everything she does BEFORE she does it and stays true to her roots.

I as well am getting tired of these post about Carrie. Carrie has always had songs like Cowboy Casanova, had the same messages and even dressed like she does in the music video/CMA awards. Check her live performances for Last Name and Before he Cheats. It's nothing new. And it's just for that song too! She isn't going to wear what she wore at the CMA awards next year for Temporary Home, it was just a song, just 1 performance. Carrie is making choices wisely and no matter what decisions she makes, you should support them assuming your a "fan". I believe Carrie is still doing great. Her album already went number 1 and Cowboy Casanova went number 1 as well, and many songs from her new album will go number 1 hopefully, such as, Undo It, Mamas Song, Change, Temporary Home, and more(I hope anyways). Lastly, Shania is too busy to record any music(Her music was always great). She just recently went through a divorce with her husband who cheated on her, and she also has a child to raise, not to mention she had been in the music industry for over 10 years? She deserves a break.
